Reviews
I took my little 12-year-old Chihuahua to Dr. Wettengl. He wasn't feeling well at all. He was examined very thoroughly, and a diagnosis was quickly found. Since then, his quality of life has improved significantly. I highly recommend Dr. Wettengl and his team; it's a very friendly practice, and you can get an appointment very quickly if you have any problems.
I was here for quite a while with my cockatiel, who had a serious foot injury. The veterinary assistants were all very nice and patiently showed me how to administer the medication. Mr. Wettengl was also quite friendly, although it depended on the day (we all have bad days :D). But now for the reason I can only give 3 stars: our whole family has birds, and my parents took them to the vet, who was unfortunately extremely unfriendly, almost to the point of being unacceptable. I definitely agree with the other reviews on that point. You should be prepared for some costs, so you should have savings or insurance. It's difficult to find an expert when it comes to birds. In summary, I would definitely come back, but only to Dr. Wettengl or his daughter themselves, and not to the vet.
I took my cat to the emergency vet on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. I called in the morning and was able to come two hours later. I saw Dr. Wettengl once and the other vet. Both were incredibly kind, thorough, and very gentle with my cat. The assistants were also very nice. I should mention that this was my cat's first time there.
