Do I need to make an appointment before visiting the practice?

The practice operates strictly by appointment only. We therefore ask that you always contact us by phone in advance, even in acute emergencies, so that we can prepare for your visit and keep waiting times to a minimum.

What diagnostic capabilities does the practice offer on-site?

As a practice for small animals, birds, and reptiles, we are equipped with modern diagnostic facilities. These include our own in-house laboratory for quick results as well as digital X-rays and ultrasound for precise examinations across a wide range of conditions.

How are birds and reptiles examined at the practice?

For our feathered or scaled patients, who often elude clinical examination due to their small size or natural behaviors, we specifically use imaging techniques and laboratory analyses to detect hidden illnesses at an early stage.

You need an appointment but might have to wait nevertheless. The vet was very competent. Fees were OK. This is not my regular vet. If you look for a vet in the area this one is a good choice.

Fantastic team with so much empathy!!! Yesterday, we brought our eight-year-old American Akita to the practice as an emergency case. From the very first moment, we felt very well cared for. The entire team treated us and our dog with great empathy, friendliness, and patience. You can tell that they not only possess professional expertise, but that the well-being of the animals and their owners is truly their top priority. Thank you so much for your proactive support and the time you took for us. We highly recommend this practice and are incredibly grateful to this team!!!

We arrived at the clinic on Saturday at 11 a.m. with our dog as an emergency case. We thank the doctor and his team for the excellent care they provided to our bulldog. The team is very friendly, and their reassuring words were very much appreciated. We can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.
