I came to the practice with what I would call an emergency, and thankfully the whole team, including the owner, saw me at noon. They even sacrificed their break for our dog! The owner figured out the problem relatively quickly, which was a really difficult task, as my dog's symptoms didn't quite match anything! It was like looking for a needle in a haystack! But they solved it incredibly quickly and expertly! A huge thank you to the whole team and the owner, especially to Ms. Sarina Kretzler; none of this would have been possible without her! So everyone gets a 12 out of 10 from me! Keep up the great work; animal welfare is clearly their top priority! Thank you and best regards.

Dear team at the Linkenheim-Hochstetten Center for Animal Health! We would like to thank you sincerely for your emergency assistance. When we called you, deeply concerned about our cat Tobi, you were incredibly helpful, and we got an appointment two hours later. After a thorough explanation, it became clear that he would need another anesthetic to remove the blade of grass in his nasopharynx. We were already familiar with this situation, as it wasn't the first time he'd encountered a blade of grass stuck in his nasopharynx. What we can say is: our cat Tobi has never tolerated his anesthesia as well at any clinic in the Karlsruhe area as he has at your clinic. Your professional anesthesia absolutely impressed us; when we picked him up again in the early evening, he greeted us with a headbutt and immediately started eating again without any problems. Veterinary visits aren't cheap anywhere these days, but here I paid the price with a good feeling. I highly recommend it and a big thank you!

We've been taking our two cats, Ulf and Ernie, to this veterinary practice since November 2025. I'm so glad I found them on Facebook. The vet and her team are incredibly kind and patiently explain everything. I highly recommend them to every pet owner! 😊😊😊

We came to the practice as an emergency case on a recommendation, and I have to say, I've rarely experienced such a wonderful practice. Everyone always has a smile on their face, even when it's busy, and the whole practice exudes a calming atmosphere for both people and animals, making you immediately feel like you're in good hands. One of my cats (a 10 kg Maine Coon) had a very infected wound after dental surgery and allowed the deep wound to be cleaned for over 30 minutes without sedation. I think that speaks for itself. Pus and even bone fragments were removed. Two days earlier, we had been to a veterinary clinic, but they didn't dare to do it and only prescribed antibiotics. None of my four cats have ever been examined as thoroughly as by Dr. Bencec. If I could, I would give many more stars. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything, and that goes to the whole team. You are all amazing! 🫶

We have been clients of Dr. Rossi's practice for several years and have always been satisfied! Dr. Bencec took over the practice this year. The quality of her advice and her warm and loving approach to the animals remain the same! We feel well cared for, and our Blue is at least as well looked after in her hands as he was with Dr. Rossi. Thanks to the intensive consultation and excellent explanations, Blue is now well on the road to recovery after his cruciate ligament tear. The entire practice team, both old and new, is very personable and friendly! Everyone treats their patients as if they were their own animals!
