We came to the practice as an emergency case on a recommendation, and I have to say, I've rarely experienced such a wonderful practice. Everyone always has a smile on their face, even when it's busy, and the whole practice exudes a calming atmosphere for both people and animals, making you immediately feel like you're in good hands. One of my cats (a 10 kg Maine Coon) had a very infected wound after dental surgery and allowed the deep wound to be cleaned for over 30 minutes without sedation. I think that speaks for itself. Pus and even bone fragments were removed. Two days earlier, we had been to a veterinary clinic, but they didn't dare to do it and only prescribed antibiotics. None of my four cats have ever been examined as thoroughly as by Dr. Bencec. If I could, I would give many more stars. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything, and that goes to the whole team. You are all amazing! 🫶

I've been taking my chronically ill dog to Dr. Bencec for about a year and a half, and I'm incredibly grateful to have found her and her wonderful team. When I first came to her in what felt like a truly desperate and almost hopeless situation, she was able to help us very quickly, competently, and above all, with so much heart. Dr. Bencec and her entire team have a particularly loving and warm way of interacting with my dog. He really likes them and is clearly very comfortable there – and that means so much to me. My dog ​​recently had to have surgery, and everything went perfectly smoothly. Both the operation itself and the time he went under and woke up were calm and pleasant. I felt very well cared for, supported, and, most importantly, safe throughout the entire process. I'm truly happy and grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian and such a warm and caring team by my side as a long-term patient. Today I came to this practice for the first time due to an emergency. I had searched online for open practices and this one was offering emergency services. I was greeted very warmly on the phone and was able to bring our sick cat in right away. The practice premises immediately surprised me in a very positive way, as everything is very clean and quiet. The team that cared for my cat was so friendly and very calm and reassuring. That really helped me, as I was completely distraught. They took a lot of time for us and my cat received very individual and loving care. I usually go to a large animal hospital, but I will switch to this practice, even though it's a much longer drive. I've been there several times because my cat is prone to injuries. The care is always excellent, with loving and professional handling of both animal and owner. They do everything necessary without unnecessarily inflating the costs. With an appointment, there are no long waiting times, and all the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

We and our dog Freki are in excellent hands here. Unfortunately, according to the vet, our dog "hasn't read the book," so our boy has had to visit the practice quite frequently.
