The wait is worth it... We've been there several times, and it's definitely worth the wait. They examine everything thoroughly and discuss it with you. We also had a little baby rabbit of ours that had been badly injured. Large areas of fur and skin were torn off. After emergency surgery and overnight monitoring, we got our baby rabbit home completely patched up. Today, you can't even tell. Fantastic work, and I doubt our baby would have made it otherwise!

Things have really gone downhill. I've been a customer here for 20 years with my dogs and was very satisfied with the quality of care in the past! Now, unfortunately, it's only driven by profit and there's no real customer-oriented service. For example, blood tests and x-rays cost €350 without a diagnosis. They happily sell blood tests and charge exorbitant prices for ear and dental checkups. Of course, an organization like this needs revenue, but the expertise seems to have vanished. You can definitely see the corporate involvement behind the scenes… unfortunately, I now have to find a new vet. It's a shame for everyone involved.

Unfortunately, we can't comment on the quality of the clinic. After our vet referred us to this clinic for our emergency, we were given an appointment by phone, and after a long drive in 28-degree heat, we arrived only to be turned away. There we stood, helpless and bewildered, with an injured cat in the sweltering heat after an endless car journey. Even if it's not legally required, for ethical reasons, one shouldn't be turned away in an emergency, especially after prior consultation. This clinic, however, seems to have a different approach.

Our dog had a torn cruciate ligament and a torn meniscus and underwent surgery there. We're very satisfied; it's only been six days. But it's getting better every day, and we can watch as the dog gradually puts more and more weight on his injured leg. They are very friendly and know what they're doing. Best regards.
