Hello dear practice team, I want to express my sincere gratitude. We came to you completely unexpectedly in April because our cat wasn't feeling well. He was examined immediately on-site; there was no major disruption or anything like that at home. We had our cat examined, and his condition was more serious than we had thought. With heavy hearts, we had to let him go. The vet advised us that, given his health condition, it would only help him. We were given plenty of time to say goodbye and received a great deal of compassion. My daughter and I are grateful to the team for their kindness and understanding, even in difficult situations. Thank you! If I ever get another pet, you will be my first choice. Thank you. We buried our beloved cat in the pet cemetery in Norderstedt, where he rests in peace.

Since we had made an appointment by phone, our cat Blacky was treated quickly. The staff is friendly and competent, and I can highly recommend this clinic. Someone is available 24/7/365. Our billing is handled through our health insurance company, AGILA. The clinic is easy to reach. There is ample parking right outside. If you arrive without an appointment, be prepared for a short wait. Update June 17, 2023: Our Blacky needed to be seen again after an injury. We made a quick phone call to schedule an appointment, and upon arrival, we were taken directly to the treatment room. Less than 10 minutes later, everything was back to normal. I have nothing but praise for this veterinary clinic. Friendly, competent, and always there for the animals.

We feel very well cared for and well advised here with our dog. It's ideal to be able to wait outside with the animal using a pager, which makes the wait more relaxing. Thanks to the beautiful location, we can then take a walk in the nearby Himmelmoor nature reserve.

When our dog was diagnosed with a tumor, she had surgery within five days. Everything went well, and she's doing great again. The entire team was consistently competent. Many thanks to Dr. König, who provided initial care, and to Dr. Piturru, who performed the surgery.

We had to go there for the second time on a Sunday. It's still the best emergency clinic north of the Elbe. The team is fantastic. Thank you all for being there 24/7!
