I was very dissatisfied with this practice. You have to be prepared for long waiting times, which is particularly stressful for sick animals. Furthermore, I found the manner of one of the veterinary assistants (just the one, with black hair) extremely arrogant and unbearable. Nobody needs that. I've completely lost confidence in their expertise: diagnoses seem like mere guesswork, and they prescribe expensive medications that don't bring any improvement. The vet also often seems forgetful, which can be dangerous when treating a chronically ill animal. I cannot recommend this practice and won't be going there again.

I like taking my budgies there; mites were treated cheaply and effectively. Even with nippy birds, none have ever escaped. The waiting time is short, and my birds are so relaxed there – stress-free. They also give good diagnoses. I find the nail trimming a bit expensive, but they adhere to the prescribed prices.
