Regular opening hours are available, plus emergency services at night and on weekends. You can wait with your pet in your own car, which has the advantage that most animals feel more comfortable there than in a waiting room. The team gives a very competent impression. The entrance area is a bit narrow, as they encounter new arrivals and patients waiting to pay here.
My wife took my dog to the clinic this afternoon. She paid €50 just for the entrance fee and €200 net for the abdominal ultrasound. The visit lasted 30 minutes and cost almost €600 – unbelievable, a complete rip-off! And Germany is supposed to be dog-friendly? Don't make me laugh!
One star is really too many. I took my dog there for a teeth cleaning. And in the end, four of his teeth were pulled without my consent. He was lying in his own urine and feces. I specifically said he was afraid of being lost and that when he woke up I would like to be the first with him. They ignored me, and he then cut his front lip from fear. Afterwards there was a lousy apology and I had to pay €500. My complaint to the manager was only briefly acknowledged, and he said it was because I was pushed in between. For that money, you can still expect decent treatment.
A very nice, small practice, and the veterinarian was very kind and empathetic, as well as thorough, as far as necessary. The veterinary practice is wheelchair accessible. We will be staying.
The staff and doctors are always very friendly. The process is quite efficient; you can wait in the waiting room or outside the practice, and they give you a pager or whatever it's called. 😉 The consultation itself is fairly quick, though I felt it was a little too superficial. But that's always subjective, of course, since as a pet owner, you tend to interpret your pet's problem emotionally differently than the vet. But we've always received help so far and, on the whole, feel well cared for at this practice.
