The best team you could wish for your pet. We've been here for over 12 years and have never experienced anything negative. Quite the opposite. Everyone was always very helpful, caring, and professional. Unfortunately, we had to have our Golden Retriever put down, and Dr. Sattel made our final wish come true, having him put to rest in our home. We are so incredibly grateful for that. Should another four-legged friend ever move in with us, we will definitely come back to the practice. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team.
The veterinary team was incredibly helpful and understanding during the final hours with my cockatiel last year. Thank you!!
Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I was there on Friday with my 15-year-old Gracie. She was briefly examined and palpated, and they said everything was fine: pink gums, heart, and lungs were fine; no medication was needed because we didn't know if she was suffering from anything. The next day we had to go to the emergency room. She had completely white gums, hyperthyroid anemia, a lump in her abdomen, multiple organ failure, and was put down on Sunday. It's a real shame that we can't trust her anymore.
An absolutely competent and empathetic veterinarian with a superb team.
Unfortunately, they're constantly closed. Or I'm just unlucky every time my pet has an illness that the practice is closed. No joke, this is the third time in a row.
