This vet shouldn't offer emergency services if she doesn't want to. Unfriendly, lacking in empathy. I'm speechless.
Best vet in the area. We're always very satisfied with the treatment of our cats. We were able to get an appointment for our cat at short notice to have a polyp treated in his ear. Excellent value for money.
I would give negative stars if I could... I called about an emergency with my cat. Allergic reaction to a bumblebee sting or bite. Swollen paw, swollen face, and she's having trouble breathing. I was told extremely rudely that this was normal and if I wanted to go to a veterinary practice, I should go somewhere else because she still had two hours to go... The woman only jumped out of bed after that... This is what they call emergency service... If you care about your pet, avoid this practice... Unbelievable...
We've been taking our dog and cat to Dr. Zimmermann for years. I appreciate her honesty and her relaxed, loving way of handling our sweethearts. Dr. Zimmermann is always there for us and finds the right treatment. I value her knowledge and her honesty. Our furry friends and I are so glad we're with her. Thank you for everything...and for so many years!
I am appalled by this treatment. My cat was neither properly examined nor taken seriously, and I had to take him to the vet four times in quick succession because I knew something was wrong. No blood tests were taken, no thorough diagnostics were performed, and the cause of his symptoms was clearly not investigated. Later, at a different veterinary practice, it turned out that my cat was suffering from a severe bladder infection and diabetes with a blood sugar level over 500. If I hadn't sought out another vet, our Balu wouldn't have survived. These life-threatening conditions were simply overlooked. Even worse: Despite the diabetes, I received no insulin plan, no proper instructions, and no monitoring. I was simply told to inject a certain amount of insulin—a far too high dose that could have seriously endangered my cat. This approach is, in my opinion, completely irresponsible. The veterinarian's behavior was also highly unprofessional. She became agitated during the appointment and threw items from the refrigerator across the practice. I have never experienced such behavior in a veterinary clinic before. I felt completely abandoned, helpless, and poorly advised. My trust is utterly shattered. I cannot recommend this practice in any way.
