Last weekend, we visited Dr. Regnery, the on-call emergency veterinary clinic. She and her assistant were very kind. We felt very well cared for. All the examinations were carried out perfectly, and our questions and our dog's needs were addressed exceptionally well. Thanks to her help, our Tiffy was feeling much better the next day. We highly recommend this clinic! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's a shame my cat couldn't get her usual pain medication from this vet covering for my regular vet. They agreed over the phone in the morning after I explained the situation, but in the evening, when I went to pick up the medication, they refused to give it to me and were very uncooperative. I drove 40 km for nothing. Luckily, there are other practices that readily help when you present a receipt listing the medication you regularly need.

We've been taking our two cats to Dr. Regnery for some time now. We were looking for a veterinary practice for our cat Sally, who developed radial nerve palsy after a fall. After going from doctor to doctor, we finally found Dr. Regnery and have been going there ever since. Now, there's hardly any sign of the palsy anymore. Everything is always explained to us in great detail. The vet and her two assistants are very kind to our cats. Even in stressful situations, when the cat won't let us look at her and is very resistant, they remain calm and listen to our suggestions and requests on how to manage the situation. Their motto is: the owner knows the animal best. All examinations are discussed and explained beforehand. The same applies to the use of any prescribed medications. On January 5th, 2026, our cat had a life-threatening emergency. It started around 7 p.m. She definitely wouldn't have survived the journey to the clinic. One phone call to the veterinary practice and we were able to come immediately. We were called in as soon as a room became available. Ms. Regnery looked into the box and didn't waste a second. "We'll insert an IV, take an X-ray, and do blood work...we'll worry about everything else (€) later. The animal is the most important thing now!" I have no idea what it was. She was completely dehydrated and already dying, and had even soiled herself in the box. After fluid resuscitation, a pain injection, and something for the nausea, she was already on the mend at the vet's office. The IV stayed in overnight until we knew if and how things would proceed. Then there would be no need to insert another one. They didn't make any promises and told us clearly and directly, but with great sensitivity and respect, that she might not survive the night. But that they would do everything in their power. The next morning, the IV was removed and everything was fine again. I have no idea what it was, what happened. BUT Ms. Regnery's team saved her life. There were never any problems with the bill. She's really very reasonable when it comes to costs. I've experienced much worse. Of course, a vet is never cheap. But she's very down-to-earth. We're very satisfied and feel comfortable with her. As long as we have pets, we'll stay with her.

It's an older practice, but the doctor is very competent and the staff are very empathetic. Highly recommended!
