We went there for our 7-month-old dog's first check-up, and it was our first time there in general. We felt very well cared for and received highly competent advice. The 20-minute wait in the afternoon was reasonable. The costs were affordable and fair, and we are now very happy to have such a compassionate veterinarian with a well-coordinated team!
Highly recommended! We were at the vet's office yesterday for the third time with our rabbits and were very satisfied. Twice we saw Dr. Gräf, who was very gentle and competent with them. Yesterday, a female vet was there. She was also gentle and competent. She even let my daughter "participate in the examination." She thought that was fantastic, of course.
