They're not interested in saving our pets' lives; this practice is only in it for the money! I've dealt with them twice and it was incredibly disappointing. The first time, they wouldn't give me a special appointment for my Chihuahua's pregnancy. They said I could only come if it happened so they could get an extra 50 euros for an emergency appointment, and because of that, we lost a baby that had to go to Aschaffenburg, 30 minutes away. The second time, I gave them another chance because they're near my home, because the dogs had worms, and they were constantly busy with their clients. I can absolutely respect that, but don't pretend you went to medical school to save someone's life, because you haven't if you're full of worms and can transmit them to people. I think that's some kind of emergency situation, and they could try to be nice people.

Friendly and empathetic staff; our cat was like a different person compared to previous vet visits.
