I searched for a good vet for a long time and finally found it here. The staff is competent and always very friendly and helpful. They aren't afraid of animals (which I've unfortunately experienced with other vets). My pet is in good hands here; I can see it myself. He goes to the vet much more relaxed than before. I'm very excited about AniCura Karlsruhe! We got a spontaneous appointment because of suspected poison bait – even though we'd never been there before and two other vets had already fobbed us off with "just watch for symptoms." The entire team was super friendly, understanding, and professional. The waiting area is well-designed, with separate areas for dogs and cats. My dog ​​was examined thoroughly, and everything was explained clearly – without exaggeration or the feeling of being pressured into unnecessary measures. I felt I received honest and fair advice, which is very reassuring in situations like this. Particularly positive: They actively ask for feedback – and you can tell that it's taken seriously and that they want to improve, which is something I've experienced differently at a comparable facility in the area. The prices may be a bit higher, but they're absolutely fair for the quality offered. Many thanks to the entire team!
