Our dog suffered from ear infections for years… only here was the cause found and the problem solved. A fantastic veterinarian and a great team.
⭐️⭐️Christine Illmer 4 President !!!⭐️⭐️ Best veterinarian/healer/heroine this side of the Mississippi! And above all, a wonderful person with energy, dedication, compassion, interest, experience, helpfulness, and ideals!!! Circumstances: - Called her mobile number (on a whim) in a total panic about Lilly - Friday afternoon (2:35 pm)! - Without an appointment (the practice was closed for vacation!)! Response: "Can you be here at 3:30 pm?" And that's just the beginning!!! Besides my immense gratitude for the literal last-minute rescue, I am deeply impressed by her humanity and the natural way she acted. That's why #Illmer4President!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We've been coming here with our dog for quite some time now and can honestly say that we've found the best veterinarian for us. Even the reception is very friendly and helpful. And the doctor's expertise is second to none.
I was always very satisfied and felt well cared for. My cat Oskar also loved going to Dr. Illmer's. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Since moving, we haven't been patients for two years, but we were patients for four years before that. Dr. Illmer always told me that Oskar would benefit from a playmate. Now he has a two-year-old friend and a huge balcony for sunbathing.
My dog had a broken femur. Ms. Illmer referred me to Dr. Brandt. It wasn't until a year later that I learned the pin was still in my dog's femur—something I hadn't known. The pin had shifted, my dog couldn't walk properly, and he was in pain. When I went back to Ms. Illmer, she refused to help, saying she didn't want to interfere with another veterinarian's work—even though she was the one who had referred me there. I paid the full cost of the surgery, but my dog wasn't even fully treated because the pin was never removed. It was a very disappointing and stressful experience for me.
