Big thanks to doctor Röcker and the staff at Anicura. My Nymphensittich has recovered! My bird seemed to have a cold and stopped eating on Sep 21, I called anicura and got an appointment on the second day in the afternoon. Doctor Röcker is specialized in Bird and small animals. His diagnosis is accurate and the ten day description helped my bird recover! Thank you VERY MUCH for saving my bird!

When I made an appointment, I talked in detail with the staff about the symptoms of my dog. But it was of no use. When we went there, the staff couldn’t find our appointment, so I had to explain from scratch. We had to wait 1.5 hours, and just had to come back home as I had work to do. This place seems disorganised, waiting is long, and expensive!

Unfortunately, I can’t give this veterinary practice less than one star, for one star is too much for it. My rabbit had an emergency. I called them and said I needed to bring him immediately to them, since they were the nearest. The secretary told me impolitely it wasn’t possible. I asked them to at least give me a medication to stabilize his condition (I am well informed about the condition and know that a medication can help) but the secretary also refused, and told me I was wasting their time with my call as there were other customers that needed help more than me. She then hung up. Fortunately, I could find another clinic that helped me even though they were busy. In my opinion, a veterinary practice that underestimates how serious certain conditions are, are ignorant about animal illnesses, let alone the fact that people are treated miserably there. Very disrespectful and I doubt they care about the health of their patients.

We have a kitten that we got from street and we have been doing all standard care (check ups, vaccination, castration) with AniCura. Our cat has always been handled very well, with attention, and together we got rid of all the problems that come with street kittens. They were also very helpful in creating an international vaccination pass for our cat. Doctors are nice and explain everything, some of them speak very good English, other explain very well in simple German.
