That's exactly how it should be! We trust them and have never been disappointed! The veterinary clinic is very popular due to its excellent reputation. Therefore, if you don't have an appointment, you should expect longer waiting times. Animals receive help at any time of day or night thanks to the emergency service! That's reassuring! We highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

Dr. Pfeil's team was immediately ready to operate on our Ronja. She was hit by a car and seriously injured (a complex fracture of her hind leg joint and a fractured pelvis). We had to travel a long way to get there. Ronja came through the surgery well. 👍 We thank the team at the small animal clinic from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ We also had a good experience with our two furry friends there years ago. It's difficult to get through on the phone, short-notice appointments are currently unavailable, and you should allow plenty of time (1-2 hours) for walk-in appointments. However, if you're willing to accept all of this, you'll receive very friendly and competent advice and a thorough examination. You'll also be fully informed about any potential costs. Our dog has been a patient there for seven years.

My 15-year-old cat Charly (British Shorthair/Chartreux mix) had major dental surgery on December 15, 2025 (a whopping 13 teeth were extracted!!!). Despite his advanced age, he came through it all incredibly well. We felt extremely well cared for there, from the initial examination to the explanation of the surgery.
