The doctor spoke English. Very nice person. Took care of everything what I told. Good place if you want to check your pet.

When coming to this doctor I was not ready to have unexpected quick injections for my pet. The doctor told me just the general purpose, other things I had to ask insistantly. The details such as medicine name, side effects, price and even possible alternatives were told only after I requested. Aready after injection. He is friendly, he prescribed one of my cats some great effective probiotic tablets, BUT (!) I am not satisfied that he didn't ask if I agreed that my other cat would be given a long-term antibiotic shot which would not go from my cat's body for 2 weeks. Neither did he tell about alternative antibiotics, nor place arguments why this long-term is the only option. Two days later, when the cat lost 400 g weight and had fever, he suggested the stronger antibiotic instead of suggesting to get antibody serum which the unvaccinated yet kitten didn't have. I denied injecting stronger antibiotic. When measuring the temperature he sticked the termometer several times until my kitten whined 😕 Was telling me that he cannot take the 6-months-kitten's blood cause blood Vessels are too small. Went to a bigger district vet, and they took kitten's blood without any problems.

He is really helpful, takes care and give all the time needed for each pet. Available even without an appointment

Veterinarian Reichel is one of the best veterinarians I know. He makes accurate diagnoses, is friendly, empathetic, and a superb professional. My dogs have been treated by him for a decade, and he always greets us warmly and kindly. We are very happy with him.

Dr. Reichel is one of the best veterinarians in my opinion. Empathetic and competent.
