The place is super cute, the staff are super nice, the price is super high for my opinion. But, we feel like we didn't get the right diagnosis for our cat.

The best Vet praxis we’ve been to in 10 years and two countries!!! Was an hour from central Berlin but was worth the trip! First of all extremely well organized, respectful and friendly practice. They have a large waiting room and an even larger yard (if your fur baby is a drama king/queen & speaks like ours), both equipped with chairs, coffee machines, water etc. When you register they give you a small square that beeps when the doctor is ready to see you, as well as the patient form (it informs you about dog data protection, as well as what to expect in terms of prices). While treated, all doctors where informative and efficient and most important of all they where polite and were able to calm out little one. Sky has never been so happy and calm in a vet’s praxis. They speak multiple languages, they switch to English when they saw that my partner was translating for me and were very polite about it. Later one of the staff noticed that our name is Greek in the patient form and help & communicated everything in Greek. They gave us beautifully designed Information sheets on our specific illnesses and treatment procedures with images and options. They didn’t push for any procedure and were extremely polite in guiding us through the process. At no point we felt rushed or hurried, we had complimentary coffee and water from the machines inside and outside with cups and glasses. Nobody was stressed and everybody added to create a calming environment for the patients and an efficient work environment for the staff. They are true professionals and they have also a very nice informative website that’s worth to check out. We loved it here and Sky’s eye already looks much better!!!

I came to this clinic after a month of misdiagnoses and uncertainty about what was wrong with my beloved cat. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly identified the real issue and started the right treatment—and within just three days, my cat was already feeling much better, and his eye was showing clear signs of improvement. Throughout the entire process, everyone was patient and supportive, answering all my (many!) questions without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my baby’s eye. I’m beyond grateful.

I visited today and couldn’t be more impressed. The clinic is immaculate, calm, meticulously organized, and exceptionally well-maintained. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly communicative. They genuinely listen and provide clear, thoughtful explanations, making the entire experience seamless and reassuring. The doctor is truly exceptional, a rare blend of top-tier medical expertise and remarkable emotional intelligence. She’s far from the stereotypical “cold professional”; she understands people, reads situations intuitively, and communicates with genuine care. I trusted her completely from the very first moment and trust from me is not given lightly, especially when it concerns my girl. I also received a "Rücküberweisung" document detailing our entire session, complete with visuals. Having such a comprehensive report immediately after the examination is incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.

Caring, professional and knowledgeable doctors and the whole staff is lovely. Everyone speaks perfect english and been so nice to us . Saved my cat’s eye.
