My Pomeranian had patellar luxation surgery, so we were looking for a good physiotherapist. Today was our second appointment with the lovely Dr. Alexander. She is absolutely competent, empathetic, and takes her time, explaining everything very thoroughly. My dog, who is usually very anxious in clinics, warmed up to Dr. Alexander quite quickly, which is one of the most important things for me. He enjoys the exercises and is happy to be there.
Our Frieda suffered a severe herniated disc in April 2022 at just 4 years old. After a successful surgery, our attending veterinarian, Dr. Pollmann, recommended Dr. Alexander to us, thank you for that 😊 At every appointment, Dr. Alexander first carefully examines her gait, then examines her. We are sooooo happy there; we always received "homework," small exercises that Frieda was supposed to complete at home before her next appointment. She recovered very quickly from her BSV and only needed a short period of physical therapy. Now, 10 months after the surgery, we go to Dr. Alexander for osteopathy every 12 weeks. She is super friendly, incredibly sweet with the dachshund, and soooo competent. I definitely recommend Dr. Alexander's Animal Rehab 👌 and thank you so much for everything!
Dr. Alexander is friendly and competent, just as I've known her for almost 20 years. She examined my dog very carefully, assessed his gait at all speeds, and then palpated and examined him. She took plenty of time and then created a plan so that I can easily do the exercises at home.
A very competent and friendly veterinarian! She took a lot of time for my Kira. She is THE go-to person for animal rehabilitation in Berlin.
A very nice therapist. I took my dog there a few years ago because he had a slipped disc and was paralyzed from the waist down. She showed us exercises to do at home with him. And as fate would have it, he walks without any problems today; we didn't have to have him operated on or put down. I'm so glad this practice was recommended to us by our neighbors. So I can wholeheartedly recommend it as well. A little update: My dog is still alive today, he's 15 years old and runs around like a young pup! 🐕 😁
