Outstanding and compassionate vets - I brought my cat here after he started suffering acute breathing problems and refusing to eat. Since it was an emergency, I didn´t have an appointment, but they admitted us immediately on arrival and began treatment. They explained every step of what they were doing and let me stay with him the whole time. I am so grateful to the whole team for their kindness, support and competence on a really scary and difficult day.

We have been once at this vet clinic and we were very pleased with how our dog was handled and the time we were given. Our situation wasn't urgent or dramatic, we went there looking for preventing measures for our dog's front paws deformation and the dr and the students there were thorough and helpful in advising us what we need to do and look out for in the future. They talked to us for an hour and seriously checked if our dog is in pain when moving. We felt taken seriously and well advised. I was recommended this place myself and can only recommend it further. Thank you everyone, from us and out dog Pattuccini!

Great animal hospital! I don't understand the negative reviews. The doctors there saved life of my Max (dog of pug breed). They are not only competent but also super friendly and take their time to explain everything to you. They truly love animals and take great care of them. My Max when sees the staff is wagging his tail and I think that's the best recommendation :) And he stayed there a few days. I recommend from the bottom of my heart and thank you doctors and the rest of the staff for saving my Max ! Vielen Dank!

I’m so glad that Berlin have place like this. I found a baby squirrel at Easter holiday, and girls lovely take him. Doctor check poor baby. I hope he will be okay now🫶🏻

Came here with my elderly cat that was not breathing properly and due to that wasn't eating. We were let in right away, she was checked and taking care of. The following day she was eating already. My biggest thanks goes to a doctor, just know her name Hannah that was here treating my cat with professionalism and empathy. I am happy to see that still exists passion for the medical profession and that some persons still see the mission of it. Of course, when you came in emergency hours of course you must wait, wherever you go. But it is worth. Thanks
