A truly lovely practice where the love for animals is palpable from the moment you enter. The veterinary assistants, like the veterinarian, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Dr. Dorothea Werning is also exceptionally attentive, conscientious, genuinely dedicated, and loving towards the animals, which is a real joy, as this isn't always the case in veterinary practices. Animals are calmer here. Besides the veterinarian's extensive knowledge, it's also impressive that she truly dedicates time to both the animal and its owner. Everything is explained thoroughly, ensuring that medication administration at home and proper handling of the animal are handled smoothly and correctly. Dr. Dorothea Werning is also excellent when others are unsure of the best course of action. She is very results-oriented, open-minded, and continually expands her already vast knowledge, often leading to clarification, improvement, or even recovery for the animal. It's wonderful that the team and the veterinarian always have such a wonderful rapport with cats and other animals. Their understanding of worried and anxious pet owners is also remarkable. Animals and humans, knowledge, and warmth are all important here! Excellent! Highly recommended.
