Today I took my little dog, who's almost 14, to Dr. Balthazar for dental work. She was recommended to me, and I'm so grateful for that recommendation. I trusted her from the very beginning. She was incredibly conscientious and thorough during all the preliminary examinations, taking no risks, and I could ask her any questions I had. Dr. Balthazar and her team were so loving, friendly, empathetic, and competent. Everything was explained to me in detail before and after, and there was plenty of time for all my questions. Even though I was a little nervous and a bit out of sorts before the procedure, everyone took such good care of me and my dog was treated with such love and kindness. We visited the veterinary practice today with our two cats for the first time, and even though I accidentally booked the appointment for the wrong day, they were able to squeeze us in without any hassle or waiting. We were greeted very warmly by a lovely lady at reception, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Both animals received a thorough examination, and we were given very competent and detailed advice. We feel we are in excellent hands and are truly happy to have found "our" veterinarian. 🥹👍
Excellent treatment! I've taken my rabbit to Dr. Balthazar and Dr. Clever a few times now, and it's worked wonders. Her dental and jaw joint problems were resolved. Both the rabbits and I felt very comfortable. Huge praise!
