Absolutely unacceptable! Today I visited this veterinary clinic with a dog who is currently staying with me for emergency care. He was exhibiting acute symptoms: severe trembling, vomiting, and significant difficulty urinating. To me, his condition clearly required treatment. However, at the clinic, I was informed that no treatment could be provided without immediate payment by debit card. No examination or assessment of his condition took place. I had to leave the clinic and subsequently arrange emergency veterinary care myself. I understand that veterinary services must be paid for. Nevertheless, in such a situation, I would have at least expected a brief examination or medical assessment of an animal with obvious suffering and discomfort before I had to leave. This experience was very disheartening for me.

I came to Dr. Balthazar about three months ago because my vet didn't want to make the time on Fridays and preferred to refer me to the animal clinic. That was the first positive. Today, my dog ​​had to have dental surgery. From the initial consultation, to the mid-term consultation, to the wake-up call and the care, everything was so incredibly kind and trusting, something I've never experienced with any other vet. I can only praise the entire team highly and highly recommend them. Thank you for everything, and keep up the good work ❤️

Today I took my little dog, who's almost 14, to Dr. Balthazar for dental work. She was recommended to me, and I'm so grateful for that recommendation. I trusted her from the very beginning. She was incredibly conscientious and thorough during all the preliminary examinations, taking no risks, and I could ask her any questions I had. Dr. Balthazar and her team were so loving, friendly, empathetic, and competent. Everything was explained to me in detail before and after, and there was plenty of time for all my questions. Even though I was a little nervous and a bit out of sorts before the procedure, everyone took such good care of me and my dog ​​was treated with such love and kindness. Thank you so much for everything. You are a wonderful person, dear Dr. Balthazar—a truly kind and wonderful veterinarian. 🙏 ♥️

He's incredibly unfriendly!!! And arrogant. He's been coming to our stables for ages and never says hello if you're not a customer. He's not going to win any new customers that way!!! And he's become incredibly expensive. Can he afford more now... is that why he's so arrogant? Even the girls who help out are super unfriendly!!! Like master, like man... People, find other vets.
