I called on Wednesday at 3 PM about an 11-week-old puppy with a knee injury after playing with another dog; he was letting his hind leg dangle. And I was told they had no time, they were fully booked. Then they listed eight doctors. Great... their motto is "We're here for you." So I feel completely let down by all the hype and so little substance.
