We feel very well cared for at the practice, and so does our dog. He gets excited as soon as he pulls into the driveway. He absolutely adores Ms. Heck and lets Ms. Bulygin, her substitute, and the friendly assistants do anything to him. We've found a very competent and dedicated veterinarian here who is very compassionate with our Kromfohrländer's ailments. Appointments are easy to get, and there are usually hardly any delays (although emergencies always take priority). Our dog always wants to stay there, no matter what's been done to him. That's partly because of the treats, though 😉

Even during follow-up appointments after surgeries, our dog received thorough examinations. All findings were explained clearly, so we were always able to leave the practice feeling reassured and confident.
