I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian! I've never had such a pleasant and relaxed experience at a veterinary practice before. What truly sets this vet apart is his incredibly empathetic and understanding nature. My cat is a real scaredy-cat, but he manages to make every examination as stress-free as possible. The fact that there's always a treat as a reward is a wonderful touch that makes a big difference. You can tell at every moment that the animals are his absolute top priority. I'd also like to give special mention to the spaying procedure a year ago: everything went perfectly, and the scar has healed beautifully and smoothly. What particularly touched me back then was the loving aftercare: when the animals come out of anesthesia, he plays relaxing music for them, a heat lamp is always on, and they lie in a very comfortable, soft crate. You can simply tell how much the animals' well-being means to him. He's also incredibly solution-oriented and patiently takes the time to explain everything to me in detail, even several times. Furthermore, the practice is always very well-maintained and clean, and offers a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. He is not only a highly skilled veterinarian, but also a truly wonderful person with a heart of gold. Thank you so much for the wonderful care!

I took my cat to Dr. Hernandez and was so positively impressed. Everything is so harmonious, the practice is so peaceful, you immediately feel well cared for. Dr. Hernandez has a special way of interacting with people and especially animals. He is loving, calm, and has such a serene presence. I've never experienced anything like it with any other veterinarian, and I've been to quite a few over the years. He has a unique approach to problems, and I feel very well looked after. I couldn't wish for anything better for my pet than this veterinarian!

Mr. Hernández is the best veterinarian we've ever had! He's a fantastic diagnostician and was always able to help our dog Köbes, right up to the end. Our dog was always completely relaxed in his practice; Köbes was never afraid. Mr. Hernández is very empathetic, and the animal's well-being is his top priority. We wholeheartedly recommend him!

Some time ago, my dog had two abdominal ultrasounds, both of which came back clear. However, Mr. Hernandez, by pressing on the spine with his finger, diagnosed the dog with arthritis and prescribed painkillers. The whole examination seemed very strange to me, especially since the ultrasound screen was so small you could barely see anything, and arthritis can only really be seen on an X-ray, not by manually pressing on the spine. A major drawback is that as a pet owner, you have to do everything yourself that assistants would normally do. This is impossible because there are no assistants at the practice; Mr. Hernandez does everything himself – treatments, phone calls, reception, opening doors, etc. It's unacceptable! On top of that, the prices are exorbitant, and he's sometimes unreachable by phone, even in emergencies. Two acquaintances of mine urgently needed him – nothing! During normal office hours... no one answers the phone or cell phone. I personally called for two days – nothing! ... A recent ultrasound examination by a different vet revealed a 1 cm bladder stone, possibly two, which, based on its size, must have been in the bladder for over a year! The X-ray shows no signs of arthritis; on the contrary, the spine is perfectly healthy except for one vertebra in the thoracic region that shows signs of spondylosis. The animal doesn't need any pain medication and currently doesn't require surgery. I was initially very impressed with Mr. Hernandez, but now I avoid his practice. The whole thing seems too strange to me! The same expensive pain medication had a different price each time, and the entry in the vaccination record cost €20 just for the sticker and signature! No thanks!
