Highly recommended! We've been patients of this practice for years. My pug and I always feel very well cared for and receive truly expert advice! Here, the animal is the priority, and every single team member is wholeheartedly dedicated to their work. Appointments are always very easy to get. The price-performance ratio is excellent! We're already looking forward to our check-up in January :)

A truly wonderful veterinarian who takes her time and approaches both people and animals with great empathy. Ms. Bensch, in particular, always greets you warmly and lovingly, making you feel instantly welcome. We have a very shy and anxious rescue dog who is very attached to my father. At the practice, his insecurity is handled with incredible patience, understanding, and love. This is a huge relief for us as his owners. We are especially impressed that you can often be seen the same day in urgent situations. Even on the phone, your fears, worries, and uncertainties are put at ease, and this warm and welcoming atmosphere continues at reception. You feel taken seriously and in excellent hands from the very beginning. I have rarely experienced such an empathetic and warm veterinarian. She makes you feel like the first patient of the day – without any rush, with her full attention and genuine interest. A very friendly and competent team. The veterinarian always acts and advises in the best interests of the animal. Very flexible; in emergencies, you can get an appointment quickly. You also receive excellent advice via email or phone. The prices are fair, and you are not pressured into unnecessary services. My cat and I have been patients for years, and we are both very satisfied.
