We were there with our cat, who has suffered multiple veterinary traumas from her time in the rescue. All our warnings were ignored; instead, we were criticized and treated as if we knew nothing about our cat. She is terrified of veterinarians and the carriers attached to them, but this wasn't considered a problem. Our cat escaped and darted frantically around the room. All attempts to catch her with the carrier failed, and while one veterinarian tried to catch her anyway, the "female doctor" sat at the table making unnecessary comments. In her opinion, it would have been best if she had stayed on the street and died from pavovirus. We were essentially raping our cat by taking her in from the street and "locking her up." Eventually, our cat was caught with a net, and once inside, there was a risk of her tail getting caught. When I pointed this out, the "female doctor" said it didn't matter anymore. After our cat was caught again, we were told that with these symptoms, no examination was actually necessary, and that we could try a diet and deworming treatment first. The "female vet" didn't want to hear our criticism afterward and simply left. A hundred euros poorer and with another wonderful veterinary trauma to add to our list, we were finally able to take our cat home in a net inside a basket. Thanks a lot!

We have three dogs and, until recently, a cat. We enjoy going to the practice; they are always kind and helpful. They say good advice is expensive, but here I feel like the price/performance ratio is right. I trust the doctor completely, and for me, that's the be-all and end-all. The only drawback is that the doctor travels to Scandinavia for several weeks in the winter, but the replacements (including her son) are also excellent veterinarians. I can recommend the practice without reservation 👍

Today I was there with my terminally ill cat. Thank you for the painkillers ☺️ and for allowing him to live. We will be back with our next animals. I felt like I was taken seriously, which wasn't the case with previous vets.

I am absolutely thrilled with the friendliness and empathy of the veterinarian. The entire practice team is also exceptionally accommodating and superbly organized. Even though the drive is a bit longer for me than to the veterinarians in my area, I will only go here from now on. With this message, I would like to thank all the staff and the veterinarian once again.

My dogs always feel very comfortable there, we always receive detailed advice and excellent care, the practice team is great, we are very satisfied, a fantastic practice.
