The entire team also makes an extremely competent and warm impression – you always feel you're in the best hands. Whether it's a routine check-up or an acute emergency, you're always supported and taken seriously. We are so grateful to have such a dedicated and reliable practice by our side!

Stressful Treatment – ​​We're Changing Vets! We will no longer be using this veterinary practice. At our last appointment, our dog had to be restrained by three staff members while the vet put on protective gloves. The situation frightened him so much that he involuntarily urinated. For us, this was a clear indication that the animal's stressful situation was not being handled appropriately. Despite subsequently receiving a vaccination reminder by mail, we have decided to switch to a different practice where our dog will be treated more calmly and respectfully.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the practice again. Our second dog, Charlie, had to have surgery. They had to remove his spleen. It was really tough, but the whole team brought Charlie back to us, and once again they demonstrated their expertise. This practice is simply fantastic for us. Thank you again so much! ❤️
