He was on emergency duty, didn't answer the phone, and then kicked me out, really kicked me out, because I didn't have my dog ​​with me (it was 39 degrees Celsius in August). It was an ear mite outbreak. It was terrible. I'll never set foot in that practice again.

A few months ago, we switched to this practice with our animals and are completely satisfied. The ladies at the reception are super friendly, helpful, willing to listen, and you feel like you're receiving good advice. We've never experienced such excellent scheduling as at this practice. We've never had to wait – the wait times were always terrible for our cats after the car ride. Our problem cat, who has a lot of problems, is also being treated there, and we're absolutely thrilled with how much thought the vet puts into identifying the problem and getting to the bottom of it. You can tell he wants the best for the animals, and their well-being is his top priority, not his financial needs. He takes the time to explain everything and is honest. We're also thrilled with how both the vet and his assistant are handling our cat; he's usually quite difficult. They're very empathetic, calm, and have everything under control. We're happy to have finally found a practice after our move where we can feel very comfortable going and know our animals are in the best hands. Thank you!

Caution is advised here, because behind the calm, sometimes slow, and attentively listening manner lies a method. A method that can cost your animal, like mine unfortunately, its life, because behind this method lies a concealment of problems with language comprehension. He understands far less than one might think or it seems. For weeks, I practically begged for help for my animal, but apart from lab test after lab test, nothing was done. Even when I brought up the surgical expertise highlighted on the website, it achieved nothing but further excuses. In the end, my animal died a miserable death... he essentially took away the last piece of family I had. And why? Because the nice doctor, firstly, didn't understand enough, and secondly, because, as he then made clear, he believes that temporarily unemployed people can't pay their bills anymore... What one might interpret as professional detachment is, in reality, total coldness towards an animal or the emotional bond one has as an owner. When I demanded explanations more forcefully the morning after the death (since such an imminent death had not been mentioned shortly before), he not only became rude and threatened me with a ban from the premises and the police, but also had another lab test performed which I had to pay for, even though he could have stopped it since it was no longer necessary.
