I hesitated for a long time before writing this review. But after our cat died, I can't simply remain silent. We took our cat to this veterinary practice twice. Although her condition was visibly deteriorating, both times she was simply diagnosed with "cystitis" without any thorough examination. She was prescribed antibiotics, painkillers, and Metacam (meloxicam) – even though this medication can be dangerous for people with kidney problems. No adequate attempt was made to determine the actual cause. No timely, thorough blood tests, no serious investigation – instead, just more medication and bills. Only after we switched veterinary practices was it immediately recognized that our cat was suffering from severe kidney failure. By that time, her kidneys were already massively damaged, and it was too late. Our cat died on Tuesday. The pain of losing a beloved pet is bad enough. But knowing that valuable time was wasted because doctors didn't do their job carefully enough makes it even worse. All invoices, treatments, and prescribed medications are documented. After this experience, I cannot recommend entrusting your pet to this practice. If in doubt, please be sure to get a second opinion.

A heartfelt recommendation! 🐶 Even though the practice was fully booked, they were able to see us the same day with our Maltese/Miniature Poodle. His anal glands were severely inflamed and already bleeding – we were really worried. After less than five minutes of waiting, we were seen. The veterinarian was incredibly competent, calm, and totally professional, yet also kind and empathetic. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. We are incredibly grateful for the quick help and feel we are in excellent hands. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice! 🐶✨

Highly recommended practice! I had my 7-month-old cat neutered there last week (not a simple procedure). From the very beginning, I received very friendly and empathetic advice. Excellent practice, highly recommended. Our cat was spayed and microchipped today. Everything went smoothly, she was very well cared for, and she came through the procedure perfectly. Very competent veterinarians and a friendly team. I'm so glad our cat goes to such a good practice.

The staff are friendly, but the appointment system is a disaster. I've never had to wait over 45 minutes at any veterinarian, even with an appointment.
