Anyone looking for a truly excellent, competent, and kind veterinarian will find exactly what they need at this practice. Without Dr. Brummenbaum, my cat Sayuri certainly wouldn't be alive today. Unfortunately, my cat's diabetes was diagnosed a little too late. She was referred to Dr. Brummenbaum, and with a great deal of patience, expertise, insulin, and a very successful dental surgery, my cat managed to achieve remission after almost three months. A huge thank you again to the entire practice team—they are absolutely wonderful and kind. Both pets and owners feel completely at ease here. P.S. A huge compliment from me: last week, a pet had to be euthanized at the practice, and it was done with such dignity and respect 🙏. They even lit a candle 🕯️. First of all, a huge thank you to Dr. Brummenbaum and the entire practice team. After our cat was diagnosed with diabetes, I was looking for a practice that was very knowledgeable about it. They are truly experts here! We felt very well cared for, both during the diabetes consultation and throughout all the treatments. Dr. Brummenbaum is extremely competent and knows what she's talking about. She was empathetic and always honest in her interactions with our two cats. She was always available in emergencies, and we never felt alone with our worries. It's clear that they work here with a lot of passion and genuine love for animals – the animals' well-being is their top priority. Even when it came to letting our seriously ill cat cross the Rainbow Bridge, they treated us with great care and gave us all the time we needed. All in all, we felt very well cared for, especially during this difficult time, and we will gladly return with our second cat. Thank you so much for this important and wonderful work!

For the past six years, I've taken my rabbits to Ilka Brummenbaum and her team. In my 30 years of keeping rabbits, I've never felt so well cared for at any other veterinary practice. Ms. Brummenbaum is extremely competent, takes her time, explains treatments clearly, and always has the animals' well-being at heart. The entire team also impresses with their professional expertise, friendliness, and loving approach to the patients. You can tell that they have a lot of experience, dedication, and passion. No one here clocks in or out. For me, it's the best veterinary practice I've ever encountered, and I highly recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the past six years, I've been taking my dog ​​to Dr. Brummenbaum's veterinary practice at the tower. We initially came to her because of her expertise in chiropractic, as my dog ​​had spinal problems due to congenital wedge-shaped vertebrae. Since then, she has been treated regularly by Dr. Brummenbaum. Thanks to the chiropractic care, my dog ​​has no limitations in her daily life and lives a largely pain-free life despite her history. Over the years, we've not only used the chiropractic services but also all other veterinary services, from annual checkups and vaccinations to necessary surgeries. I've always been impressed by Dr. Brummenbaum's professionalism, composure, and especially her calm demeanor. Of course, no one enjoys going to the doctor or veterinarian. But when it's necessary, I know my dog ​​is in good hands with Dr. Brummenbaum. Brummenbaum and her team are in the best hands. I am very grateful for their trust, expertise, and warm support. So, how do I describe the vet? Cat whisperer? Absolutely. Protective/fighting lioness? Doubly so. For those who complain about how expensive vets have become, I have to disagree: - I have a fearful cat, and Dr. Brummenbaum treated her completely without gloves, and my Amy was even able to relax a little. - Her focus was entirely on the person she was treating. Amy! The human was secondary. Fantastic! With most vets, it's quite different. - She didn't let us leave until she was completely satisfied that her patient was well cared for. - She stayed with us for an hour and a half after her regular shift ended. Amy has a purulent tooth root infection that two other vets missed. The surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, and hopefully, Amy and her human companion will be feeling better afterward.
