A very kind and empathetic veterinarian who is direct and doesn't beat around the bush. You can tell she loves animals and that money isn't her main concern (like most vets). She does everything she can, but not at any cost, rather for the animal's well-being. The staff is also very, very nice, helpful, and friendly. Fantastic vet! She even managed to trim my anxious dog's nails (which three other vets had failed to do!), even though we had to do it in the trunk of my car because nothing else worked. Thank you for your flexibility and professionalism. And she has a great sense of humor too! ;-))
