Dr. Metzner was able to arrange an appointment for us at short notice, even though we live in a very rural area and the journey is quite long. She took a lot of time with us, and her calm demeanor immediately had a positive effect on everyone, not just the animal. I was so glad she was able to help our pony. Highly recommended.
