Question 1

When is a chiropractic treatment useful for my animal?

Accepted Answer

Horses and dogs often show blockages through subtle signs in everyday life or during movement. For example, a horse may no longer move evenly, show difficulties when bending, or refuse to cooperate during training. Dogs frequently stop jumping into the car, appear stiff, or sit down noticeably to one side. If you notice such changes, I am always happy to provide a telephone consultation.

Question 2

What needs to be considered after the treatment?

Accepted Answer

After a treatment, every animal needs a little time to adjust to the new mobility. Some animals are initially relaxed and tired, while others immediately start moving around lively again. It is recommended to pause training and wild romping for one to two days so the body can adapt optimally.

Question 3

At what intervals should treatments take place?

Accepted Answer

The frequency depends entirely on the individual needs of your animal. While dogs often respond quickly to the impulses, horses usually need a little longer after an initial treatment. For older animals or athletic partners, preventive check-ups at intervals of three to six months have also proven effective in maintaining mobility over the long term.
