I've been a patient at this practice for years and have always been very satisfied. Recently, I called the veterinary clinic and described my cat's symptoms; he was lying completely lethargic on the floor. It was apparently recognized as an emergency, but they themselves couldn't treat my cat. I was told to call other vets. After an hour on the phone, I finally found a vet who was willing to treat my cat. Unfortunately, it was already too late for him. It's really a shame that I have to write this review, as I've always felt that they genuinely work for the animals there. Nevertheless, I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Schnorr, who contacted me by phone at my request to discuss the situation. Ms. Schnorr took a lot of time for me. She promised to discuss it with her team and ensure that something like this doesn't happen again.

Dr. Schnoor and her colleagues, as well as the entire practice team, are always very friendly and professional, and they take their time with our German Shepherd and us. They provide treatment recommendations and alternatives, and always take personal wishes into account. We are always extremely satisfied with all the services. Both people and animals receive excellent care here. Our sincere and heartfelt thanks go to the entire team.

We have been customers of this veterinary practice for about 15 years and have nothing negative to say. So far, our animals (dogs, rabbits, etc.) have always been in very good hands at the practice, and even in emergency situations, Dr. Schnorr has always been there for our animals.

We've been taking our dog there for years and are absolutely satisfied! Frieda unfortunately usually has rather "complicated" problems, but we've always found a solution together. Whenever Ms. Schnorr really didn't know what to do, she wasn't afraid to seek advice from colleagues (veterinary clinic, specialists). I find that very positive. It's much better than a lot of trial and error. We've been taking Frieda there for almost 12 years and will always continue to do so. The whole team is incredibly friendly and always very helpful. We are very grateful for that!

I can only agree with the last two reviews. My dogs are also patients of Dr. Schnorr. Yesterday, Friday, November 7th, I called the practice at 5:20 p.m. during official office hours. I explained the emergency to the receptionist, a possible poisoning during a walk: the dog was behaving completely erratically, panting heavily, and clearly in pain. After a long wait on the phone, the receptionist, after consulting with her supervisor, told me I should go to Harsefeld (45 km vs. 10 km to Drochtersen). Dr. Schnorr had to leave the office on time. My objections that I would arrive well before the end of office hours were ignored. Now I'm wondering, what good is a veterinarian who is only available for simple tasks like a single stethoscope examination for approximately €28 plus 19% VAT, but doesn't have time in an emergency? Does this practice also have first- and second-choice patients? Or where do the 5-star reviews come from? Luckily, another veterinarian took excellent care of my dog on Friday evening until 8:30 pm, despite a full waiting room and an upcoming surgery for an injured cat. She was incredibly kind and caring towards the animal. In my opinion, this practice is not recommended.
