Unfortunately, my experience with the practice wasn't very good. I was there for my rabbit, and firstly, they forgot which animal I had brought even though I had an appointment. Secondly, the vet was in a bad mood because he was difficult to understand. Thirdly, after the castration surgery, they handed my rabbit back to me while he was still under anesthesia, saying, "He'll wake up soon." I'm speechless! 😧 And another thing I find very strange: I didn't receive a bill.

The best veterinary practice I've found. After two different vets had only charged me two days prior and failed to diagnose our cat, they saw the problem immediately and helped. It's hard to find vets these days who still value animals as much as they do here.
