My absolute favorite veterinary practice! Bonny and I feel incredibly well cared for here! We switched from another practice after an emergency call to Dr. Kemper. I never would have expected such a superbly equipped practice and such a competent team! I immediately booked an appointment for my cat Jimmy to have his dental x-rays done! We feel completely at ease and were so lucky, because without the emergency service, we might never have found this practice! Thank you to the whole team!

I found it unacceptable that my underage daughter had to help restrain a sick cat that had bitten someone the day before during the same treatment (which resulted in a trip to the emergency room). What am I paying €300 for??

I've never had any problems with Dr. Berit. Always friendly and so kind to the animals. But it's outrageous that you get sent out with a child because only one accompanying person is allowed in the waiting room. While waiting in the car (cold, with a child!), I saw others go in with a parent and child, and only with one accompanying person. None of them were asked to leave. Total disappointment, a real cheek! Then this rule should apply to everyone!
