I recently switched to this practice because I had lost faith in my old vet. The practice team is so warm and friendly! I've never experienced anything like it before. Ms. Pehmüller at reception is especially empathetic and incredibly friendly! Absolutely wonderful!! Dr. Kemper is also very honest and loving with the animals. Unfortunately, I had to come in on Friday to have my beloved Chihuahua put to sleep. I was so scared before the appointment, but everyone was very understanding! As a patient, I was alone in the practice, so I didn't have to feel embarrassed about crying in front of other clients, which was very helpful. The euthanasia went smoothly; Dr. Kemper found a vein right away. Everything was incredibly peaceful and quick. Thank you for that! As a keepsake, I even received some fur in a small jar—so sweet! Now my little one doesn't have to suffer any longer. Afterwards, we had some time alone in the treatment room, which was also lovely. Now my little darling doesn't have to suffer any longer. We took her home again, and the pet undertaker came the next afternoon... Keep up the great work! You're a fantastic team! And a huge thank you again to Ms. Kemper; I'm so glad we had her handle it! I'll definitely be staying with my other dog as well.

My absolute favorite veterinary practice! Bonny and I feel incredibly well cared for here! We switched from another practice after an emergency call to Dr. Kemper. I never would have expected such a superbly equipped practice and such a competent team! I immediately booked an appointment for my cat Jimmy to have his dental x-rays done! We feel completely at ease and were so lucky, because without the emergency service, we might never have found this practice! Thank you to the whole team!

The way customers and patients are treated could be significantly improved, both by the practice staff and the veterinarian herself. My experience has deterred me from returning. I would rather travel further to the few other veterinarians in the area.

We've been coming here for years. The vet is fantastic, very empathetic, and the veterinary assistants are lovely ❤️ My dogs even go to the practice willingly, even though we're regulars. Best regards, Noah's owner ☺️
