Dr. Leiße Heege is a true veterinarian, and it's her calling! She's completely dedicated to her work, and we greatly value her experience. The lovely ladies at the practice are also very helpful! She was very friendly and nice in principle, however, I unfortunately felt like she wasn't taking any time at all to examine my cat. Only after I asked her to show me exactly how to use the treatment did she demonstrate it, even though these are very important tips and tricks for application that one should definitely be shown. Especially since the demonstration only lasted 30 seconds? I felt like she just wanted to send me straight back out, which I found quite disappointing, as these are animals, and you can easily take a minute or two to make sure they're really okay.

A small practice that obviously charges double the standard rate; I paid €10 more for the same treatment as usual! But the real kicker came when I asked for an invoice; the employee claimed she didn't know how to create one on the laptop. NEVER AGAIN

I visited this veterinary practice today with my foster dog, Pella, for the first time, and I'm truly impressed. From the initial phone call and registration to the assistants and the vet herself – everyone was incredibly empathetic, friendly, and welcoming. My dog ​​and I felt very well cared for from the very first moment. The vet is clearly passionate about her work, takes her time, and makes a thoroughly competent impression. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who wants to entrust their furry friend to capable hands. I highly recommend it – a truly wonderful practice with a fantastic team!
