Human, professional and knowledgeable. It's the best Clinic in Munich. I took my Dachshund Juno for a Teeth Cleaning and from the moment we arrived, they were very friendly and professional. They explained the procedure clearly, always took their time and handled Juno amazingly (even during the Pandemic, the quality was top). They are now the only ones I will trust my dog to. And they speak English, too!

If I could, I would have put 0 stars. I have been visiting this clinic for almost 6 months, telling my dog doesn’t feel well. They did some checks, took money every time and said the dog is ok. At the end another doctor touched the dog! And said there are tumors, and it might be cancer. And it really was. If you don’t care about pets, you shouldn’t be veterinarians.

The most knowledgeable and trustworthy vet in Munich! Dr Thumm is first of all an animal lover, and then a vet with expertise, knowledge and compassion. She's been treating my dog's complicated illness for years, and not only did she know how to set the treatment right, but is also having so much understanding for his difficult character. She's always available for consultation. All the technicians and other vets are extremely friendly and truly amazing. Ten 🌟 from me!

Very fast a professional team. They treat my cat always with love and respect

We got our cat checked, neutered and chipped in this practice. The staff is friendly, we've received a lot of attention and complete information of what our cat needs and what his state is. Waiting times are not long, there was once an emergency coming up and the staff asked all of us waiting to please forgive them but they needed to urgently take care (which we all understood). Dr Götzke even taught us how to choose the right food so our cat has the best quality of life. We will definitely continue bringing our cat here.
