It's been almost two months since I took my cat 🐈 to this fantastic clinic. I brought her from South America with a pretty severe case of gingivitis that had been previously overlooked. Once we arrived in Munich and took her to the vet, we were referred to this clinic. All the staff were incredibly friendly and treated my cat with such care. In the end, she had almost all her teeth extracted. She also had a concerning episode weeks after surgery and was immediately seen. Now she's doing well, eating normally with no complications

Our dog Poppy had her teeth done last week. From the first appointment through to the follow-ups we have been more than pleased. Poppy is a bit of a drama queen and they were so accommodating. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was plenty of time for questions.

Hello dear team at the Munich Animal Dental Center. This review truly comes from the heart! 🤍 I came to the Munich Animal Dental Center with a rather challenging case. My miniature Pomeranian, 3 years old, weighs 2 kg, and is a very stressed and anxious patient. He needed extensive dental work. His baby teeth hadn't fallen out on their own, resulting in significant tartar buildup, inflammation, etc. I must honestly admit that I myself am very anxious, as things aren't always easy with Pomeranians, especially when it comes to general anesthesia. However, the entire team at the Munich Animal Dental Center handled my anxiety wonderfully! From beginning to end, right through to the surgery itself, I received excellent support and guidance from the entire team—reception, the veterinarian, and the anesthesiologist. My personal concerns were addressed at every stage. I was never made to feel like I was "too much" or "too annoying," and I know that my emotions certainly made things difficult for the team as well! I want to express my sincere gratitude for this understanding and care! I even received a call the day after the surgery asking how my little guy was doing—I've truly never experienced anything like that at a veterinary clinic before! The surgery itself went very well. I was kept constantly informed, and every single detail, such as my small size, his stressed condition, and a slight tracheal collapse, was taken seriously and considered from start to finish. All the details that are crucial for such an operation and anesthesia were tailored specifically to my little friend. The recovery phase was particularly important for my darling, and the anesthesiologist stayed with him from beginning to end, for which I am incredibly grateful! I haven't experienced such a high standard at other veterinary clinics. He wasn't released back to us until his circulation was stable. The entire dental work was also individually tailored to my little friend. I should also mention that I had all the necessary examinations done beforehand, including a cardiologist appointment, so that everything was known for the upcoming surgery and they could handle it better in such a case. I would recommend this to many owners of small dogs, Spitz breeds, etc.! I can wholeheartedly recommend the Munich Animal Dental Center to anyone who loves their pet! In my opinion, cost shouldn't be a factor when it comes to your animal, and here our animals aren't treated like objects, but rather like us humans – after all, our animals are a part of us! 🤍 The entire procedure is therefore very similar to human medicine! We'll have a second dental cleaning scheduled, as the team decided to split everything into two sessions, and that seems to be absolutely perfect for my little guy! Next time, I'll come to you much more relaxed and with a clearer conscience! 🤍 Thank you!
