I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are to this clinic. From the reception staff to the doctor, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses who assisted us, every single person was incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. There is honestly not a single thing I could complain about. Banguela was a special case, and you could clearly see how much everyone genuinely cared. The whole team was thoughtful, careful, and fully invested in his recovery. They treated him with so much kindness and attention at every step. Beyond being so warm and compassionate, everyone was extremely careful with Banguela. He always felt safe and welcomed there. In fact, he seemed like he was going to an amusement park every time we arrived at the clinic. He loved going in, meeting new friends in the waiting room, and greeting everyone. That alone says so much. The support we received throughout the surgery and laser treatment was exceptional. We felt reassured and supported the entire time, and seeing how happy and healthy he is after everything makes us incredibly grateful. Everyone at this clinic is highly professional, genuinely kind, attentive, and truly caring. I can only give them my highest recommendation and my heartfelt thanks for everything they did for Banguela.

We were yesterday at the emergency service on Sunday and treated with the utmost care from Dr. Kluth. I am truly impressed by how much time (over 45 minutes) and information she gave us to treat my dog with a cornea surface injury (Hornhaut Verletzung). My dog is improving already quite well and the information she provided me with was helpful and understandable in comparison to the other eye doctor I’ve been to with my dog. I definitely will be coming back to this practice again, they really know what they’re doing. In addition, when I was at the regular emergency clinic in LMU and got the recommendation to come here, one of the dog owners who was waiting there said that they too had an amazing experience at this clinic as well. So it is well known and trusted from many pet owners! Truly thankful and so impressed from how professional and caring this clinic is.

We had a great experience here and were able to get an appointment quickly. The vet and her assistant were knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. We really appreciated the option to wait outside with a buzzer instead of inside the clinic—it was a huge help for our anxious doggo. Highly recommend for anyone needing specialized eye care for their pet!

My pug had a tumor on his eyelid and another one starting inside the eye. Augenzentrum was the third place we visited, and it was the only one that suggested cryotherapy instead of surgery under full anesthesia. The whole procedure (consultation + operation) was done in just 1-2 hours, and we went home — no anesthesia risk, no stitches. The team is very competent and friendly, we felt like we were in the right hands.
