Are house calls offered?

Yes, as a mobile veterinarian, Dr. Gittner comes directly to your home to spare your pets the stress of transport. Alternatively, treatment is available at her practice space in München if needed.

What types of animals are treated?

The practice cares for dogs, cats, and small pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and mice.

What should I do in an emergency?

No, the mobile practice is not an emergency service. Since the veterinarian is often on the road, she may not be able to arrive on site in time during an acute emergency. In emergencies, please contact a veterinary clinic or animal rescue directly.

How can I pay for the treatment?

Payment is generally due directly after the house call. New clients are asked to pay in cash.

Today our little dog suffered an anaphylactic shock, but the vet treated her immediately within minutes. Without asking many questions, she reacted instantly and administered the necessary medication. She was very calm, professional, and friendly. She didn't ask for payment right away, but told us to come back the next day and pay. We are incredibly grateful and happy that we found such a wonderful vet. Absolutely 10/10!

Ms. Gittner has been caring for my cats for years, and it's a blessing that she makes house calls. She's always friendly, always has a listening ear, and always strives to find solutions. Unlike many other vets, she doesn't try to sell unnecessary medications or treatments. I highly recommend her!

Ms. Gittner has been my and my cats' veterinarian for many years. I can only echo what many others have already written: she is an incredibly kind and competent veterinarian to whom you can entrust your pet with complete peace of mind.
