Dr. Christine Gabel, Tierärztin für Augenheilkunde

Dr. Gabel is the most professional and talented ophthalmologist we have seen in Munich. Approximately an year ago our cat had severe problems with one of the eyes. We were visiting another ophthalmologist, but unfortunately there was no positive progress. Then we found Dr. Gabel. We were able to schedule appointment without delay. She carefully noted all the symptoms we observed, she did thorough examination, described the current state, possible treatments and possible outcomes. We got clear and professional answers on all the questions we had. The cat liked her a lot and she was very gentle with him. The proposed treatment helped and eye’s condition improved. Unfortunately approximately after an year the problem recurred. This was expected since our cat is already old. Dr. Gabel designed a treatment specially tailored for the age and health condition of the cat. Eye recovered again. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gabel to friends and to anyone who is looking for talented and experienced ophthalmologist.

Dr. Gabel is absolutely awesome! She is highly knowledgeable, very professional and calmly honest at all times! Dr. Gabel was recommended to me many years ago by my cat association and is the only animal eye specialist whom I trust with my pedigreed cats! I have the greatest respect for her! We are very lucky to find Dr. Gabel. She's a very competent and attentive vet who helped my BKH cat with his eyes's entropium problem. We came to her as my cat had already had 3 other surgeries before, and the problem still came back. Dr. Gabel explained to me patiently about the problem, answered carefully all my questions (i had a lot), and what options we had. She also made sure I completely understood what she said, which I appreciated so much. My cat ended up having 2 other surgeries and now can finally enjoy his life without eye irritation after almost 2 years! Thank you so much!
