We've been going to this veterinary practice ever since our Keno was a puppy, and we have nothing but good things to say! We'll never go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! You can tell that everyone here is a true animal lover! Questions are answered immediately over the phone. It's absolutely fantastic; even for "minor" issues, they help you right away over the phone without you having to come to the practice. You can tell they care about your beloved family member, not just the money! We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!!! Absolutely wonderful and top-notch.

Dear Practice Team, a few days after our cat Rocky injured the nictitating membrane (third eyelid) of his right eye, our vet referred us to you due to a lack of appointments and, above all, the urgency of the situation. When we called you an hour before the end of her office hours, we were asked to schedule an appointment for the following day. Despite my explanation that we were standing in the parking lot in front of your door with Rocky, you still saw us. After your team confirmed the diagnosis from our regular vet, they worked hard to find us an appointment as soon as possible. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when we were told to bring Rocky in the very next day at 8:15 a.m. So, I brought Rocky to you the following day, and by 11:30 a.m., we were informed that Rocky had come through the surgery well and that I could pick him up from 2:00 p.m. onwards. In a very pleasant conversation, the surgeon explained exactly what she had done. I could see the result immediately, as everything was back to normal. So, a big thank you to everyone! We're coming back today for a check-up, then again in 10 days, and then our Rocky will be completely fit again! The photo shows Rocky one day post-surgery; the nictitating membrane was sticking out quite a bit from his right eye, but now there's no sign of it! Perfect work!

For a short-notice emergency, we didn't have to wait too long for treatment, and from the initial check-in to the care and treatment itself, we were treated by very friendly and dedicated staff. Dr. Sebastian conducted a very thorough examination, explained everything in a friendly and comprehensive manner, patiently addressing my limited knowledge and filling in the gaps. Two thumbs up for this veterinary practice!
