Very polite, very empathetic. I've been to the doctor three times. And each time, he and his wife were very professional. Mr. Lauckner came to our house on Saturday. Thank you, Dr. Lauckner and Mrs. Lauckner.
The calmness that Dr. Lauckner exudes is perfect. The price/performance ratio is excellent. We can't imagine any other vet.
The vet and her colleague on the phone were absolutely rude. I couldn't finish my sentence, and in the end, they simply hung up. They were simply asking for information from our dog's medical records. Not recommended!!!!! Service in 2022 looks different.
