Our animals were always very well cared for. They always communicated transparently with us about the current situation, what the next steps would be, and why a particular medication was administered. The prices are extremely fair. The care is very warm and friendly.

Not recommended. (Except perhaps for minor issues that require urgent treatment but aren't life-threatening. So, only for first aid.) At first glance, he seems quite friendly. But he's absolutely not a competent veterinarian. While diagnoses are made and countless medications are administered, no one properly explains what's wrong with the animal. Appointments here are worthless and pointless. Even with an appointment, you wait at least 10 to 40 minutes. In some situations, those 10 to 40 minutes are crucial! There's no transparency about prices either; with multiple appointments, the bill is delayed, leaving you completely in the dark. Furthermore, it seems to me that money is the only priority, and they'd rather administer more medication to make more money, even if that medication doesn't really help. In addition, the practice is sticky and doesn't make a good impression, and you don't feel comfortable as a customer. And the animal certainly doesn't feel any better there. I won't be going back to this practice. ... If you are looking for a competent veterinarian in Zittau, then go to Dr. Eifler.
