Last week, we took our office dog, Paula, to Robert Eifler for treatment, traveling all the way from Dresden – and we can honestly say it was absolutely worth it! Paula received gold implants, and we felt completely at ease from the very beginning. Mr. Eifler is an extremely competent and empathetic veterinarian who takes his time and explains everything clearly. The entire team is incredibly friendly, warm, and organized – you can immediately tell they work with a lot of passion. I've been standing in line at the checkout for 40 minutes with several other people behind me, and the staff isn't paying any attention. I didn't even ask what the problem was; I just wanted to quickly pick up some deworming medication. There were people ahead of me who had been waiting much longer. No greeting, no mention of delays. I wasn't the only one who was annoyed, so I left. There are other vets, for example in Görlitz or Markersdorf. They're friendly there. They're service providers. We're not supplicants. During consultations, there's often arrogance. After many years here, I think I'll switch.
