Dr. Geis has been such an amazing help to our puppy. She is very down to earth, always recommending the needed aspects without any excess, and her assistant is very lovely! We are very happy that Dr. Geis is our vet and have all confidence in her abilities and service.

I take my second dog to this practice, and my experience has been very positive. The staff is highly competent and friendly, from reception to the veterinarian. They are all very humane and caring, truly putting the animal first, not "CARD OR CASH" – not in the way this practice operates. Highly recommended. My respect. Five stars 🌟 without hesitation. First time at the vet and he wasn't scared at all. The vet and her assistant took their time and were extremely calm with our dog. It's amazing how pleasant a vet visit can be. The recommendations and explanations were excellent. I highly recommend them.

I was actually very pleased to have a veterinary practice so close by. That made my experience during my last visit all the more disappointing. I am, of course, aware that services like a stool test are subject to a fee. However, when I made the appointment, I was neither informed that payment was required upon submitting the sample, nor how much it would cost. Consequently, I didn't have any money with me when I dropped off the sample. Instead of a clear explanation, I simply received the remark that the test "isn't free." I understand that perfectly well. Since I have to return to the practice anyway to pick up the results, it would have been perfectly natural for me to pay then – I have absolutely no intention of avoiding payment. I would have appreciated significantly better communication and a more respectful approach. Such information should be clearly communicated beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings. Unfortunately, this incident has considerably tarnished my otherwise positive impression of the practice.
