I'm very shocked by his behavior; aggressive on the phone, no solutions offered when I couldn't make the appointment, no understanding whatsoever, just a dismissive attitude. I was at work at the time and didn't know what was happening with the man on the phone. Very shocking and not recommended. The opening hours also seem to be completely random.
