Dipl. Tzt. Claudia Eichinger - Dein Tierarzt für alle Felle

We've been to "Für alle Felle" about five times now, and we're thrilled with the team and the veterinarian. They take their time to address our concerns and have helped us with several issues our dog has (digestive problems, ear infections, and colds). We've always been warmly welcomed and felt heard and comfortable. The opening hours are especially convenient for working people. I can't understand all the negative reviews. We searched for a good veterinarian for a long time and finally found her here. Thank you, "Für alle Felle" team!

We’ve been clients of this veterinary practice since 2024, bringing our two beloved dogs for all their care needs. From the very first visit, the entire team has been incredibly helpful and kind, especially accommodating our limited German by communicating fluently in English. It’s made every interaction stress-free and welcoming. The staff here is truly fantastic—everyone is warm, professional, and genuinely nice. We’re particularly grateful for Dr. Mayer and Dr. Eichinger, who are absolute stars. Their passion and love for animals shine through in every appointment, and they take the time to explain procedures clearly, including why they’re necessary. This level of transparency and compassion makes us feel completely safe and well-cared for, knowing our dogs are in the best hands. We couldn’t recommend this practice more highly—it’s a top-notch choice for any pet owner!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eichinger and her entire team. My pet and I feel very well cared for there. We've always been able to get an appointment immediately, especially in emergencies, no matter the time of day or night. They are very dedicated to finding the root cause of the problem and not just treating the symptoms. Should you have any questions, you can discuss them with Dr. Eichinger at any time. I definitely give this veterinarian five stars for all kinds of pets – keep up the great work!!!

Absolutely recommended!! The veterinarian is incredibly competent and resilient. She has a wealth of experience and always knows exactly what to do, even in emergency situations – while simultaneously reassuring and educating pet owners. The practice is well-equipped, the staff is friendly, and they treat each other with respect. I've been there many times and always felt safe; she's treated serious, life-threatening infections, abscesses, respiratory infections with lung failure, eye injuries, and performed surgeries, but also more joyful situations like assisting with births. In short: Highly recommended! This woman lives for the health of all animals!
