I had a very positive experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff was friendly, professional and the place was very well organised.
I've had four cats, and saying goodbye to them is always very difficult, but with Dr. Demaj, the process was incredibly loving and sensitive. After we made the heartbreaking decision to let our 18-year-old cat go, we were allowed to sit with her in dim light on two chairs that had been provided until the anesthesia took effect. Dr. Demaj was empathetic throughout the entire procedure and made us feel genuine compassion. P.S.: I think it's no wonder he tried everything beforehand to give our cat some more comfort.
